We will research your yacht make and model, compare it with what is currently on the market and what has sold recently to give you an understanding of your yacht’s current value. 

Inspection

Our broker will Perform a walk through inspection of your yacht to perform an overall evaluation of your yacht and make a pricing recommendation.

The Listing

Compose the listing including a marketing description that is keywords optimized for online channels.

Photos & Video

We will shoot professional pictures and video of your yacht including aerial drone filming whenever possible.

Edit and Review

Final review of the preliminary listing, this is your opportunity to provide any additional input before going to market.

Publishing

Publish to all marketing channels, including digital, and print, multiple websites, facebook and instagram promotional campaigns, online video marketing, mass targeted emails, broker networking and more.

Showings

We will show your yacht  to all qualified buyers and negotiate their offers based on your guidelines. After an offer is accepted by you a survey and sea trial is done prior to closing.

Closing 

After  the completion of the survey and sea trial a date is set for the closing. We handle and coordinate the transfer of monies as well as managing all of the  documentation needed for the closing.
